nak kurus ...:)

Assalam..
Lama dah tak update apa2 kan..topic kali ni pasal usaha nak mengurangkan berat badan.berikut kronologi untuk catatan ai..
jun 2012 - 53 kg
nov 2012 - 60 kg - start pregnant - mode makan yang heaven
aug 2013 - 81 kg - sebelum deliver, gain 21kg +-
nov 2013 - 70  kg - selepas pantang, lost 9kg +-
mac 2014 - 72 kg
apr 2014 -68 kg
mei 2014 - 71.6 kg
jun 2014 - 66.5 kg -now still on progress
so, total naik turun sekarang bmi masih di tahap overweight, avg 26 :(
walaubagaimanapon, dah bersyukur sebab ada progress pengurangan even belum tahap seperti dahulu..
Antara agen pembantu ke arah itu spt;-
1-diet atkins, kurangkan karbo, take protein dan sayur2 yg banyak.
2- exercise -2-3 kali seminggu like swimming pada hari jumaat, cycling kt rumah within 20-30 minutes untuk burn kalories 300-500 kcl, jogging  during weekend 10 rounds / 2 km saturdays only
3- no nasi, bihun, mee , roti at all..
4- semangat / positifly from org tersayang support me
5- inspire from other people,surely lovely husbang, siblings,& friends
6- using apss to calculate the taking calories, my fitnesspal and apss weight monitor.surely monitor the progress by chart and progress.that's all, maybe another entry , ai will share how about the menu low carbo, apss can helps
